Tema VPN — Delete your account and data

Developer: Tema VPN (artemyshka.ru). This page explains how users of the Tema VPN Android app can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@artemyshka.ru with the subject “Tema VPN account deletion”.
2. Send it from the email address linked to your Tema VPN account (or include that address in the message).
3. Alternatively, open the app → Menu → About & support → contact support and ask to delete your account.

We confirm the request by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account data: email address, name, Google account identifier, profile photo URL;
• Registered devices and installation identifiers;
• Connection statistics and app usage data linked to the account;
• Access tokens and sessions.

What may be kept

• Purchase and subscription transaction records — kept for up to 3 years where required by tax, accounting and payment-provider rules;
• Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription automatically — cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Как запросить удаление

1. Напишите на support@artemyshka.ru с темой «Удаление аккаунта Tema VPN» с адреса, привязанного к аккаунту.
2. Или в приложении: Меню → О приложении и поддержка → написать в поддержку.

Мы подтвердим запрос по почте и удалим данные в течение 30 дней.

Что удаляется

Данные аккаунта (почта, имя, идентификатор Google, аватар), устройства и идентификаторы установки, статистика подключений и использования, токены и сессии.

Что может сохраняться

Записи о платежах и подписках — до 3 лет по требованиям налогового и бухгалтерского учёта и платёжных систем; обезличенная агрегированная статистика. Подписку Google Play отмените отдельно в Google Play → «Платежи и подписки».
